Digital Assets: Photos, Album Covers, and Logos uploaded by you for the purpose of creating digital albums.

3. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

ScanMyAlbum's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you choose to use the "Import from Google Drive" feature:

We access your Google Drive files only upon your explicit action to select and import specific images.
We do not store your Google password or credentials.
We do not access any files other than the ones you specifically select for import.
Data fetched from Google Drive is immediately transferred to our secure R2 Cloud Storage and is not shared with any third parties (such as AI models or advertisers).

4. Data Storage & Security (Cloudflare R2)

Your photos are stored in Cloudflare R2, an enterprise-grade object storage system known for high durability and security.
Security Measures:

All data in transit is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
Albums can be secured with a personal PIN code to prevent public access.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms.

5. Third-Party Processors

We share minimal data with trusted partners solely for operational purposes:

Razorpay: For processing secure payments. We never store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
Google/Facebook: For optional social login (if enabled).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account via the Dashboard settings, your personal data and all associated albums are permanently erased from our database and cloud storage after a 10-day grace period. This action is irreversible.
