Strict Policies governing Payments to Manthan Infotech
Manthan Infotech provides non-tangible, digital goods. Once a purchase is made (e.g., buying an Album Slot or Subscription) and the account status is upgraded, the sale is considered final.
We do NOT issue refunds for:
Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Manthan Infotech in the following specific scenarios:
You may cancel your recurring subscription renewal at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not generate a refund for the partial remaining time of the current active plan. Your service will continue until the plan expiry date.
If a refund is approved by our finance team, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method (Razorpay Source/UPI) within 5-7 business days. We cannot issue cash refunds or transfer refunds to a different bank account.
All disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Contact support@scanmyalbum.com with the subject "Payment Dispute - [Transaction ID]".
