1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Manthan Infotech (Udyam Registered Enterprise). By accessing or using ScanMyAlbum.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.

2. Service Usage & Restrictions

Manthan Infotech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. Strict Usage Policies Apply:

Single Account Policy: Benefits (Album limits/Storage) are tied to the registered account and cannot be transferred, merged, or gifted to another user.
Fair Usage: You agree not to bypass storage limits or album counts using technical exploits.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: If a user is found attempting to manipulate the pricing logic (e.g., generating multiple albums while paying for one, or injecting scripts to bypass photo limits), Manthan Infotech reserves the right to permanently ban the account and delete all data without refund or notice.

3. Cloud Storage & Liability (Cloudflare R2)

We utilize enterprise-grade object storage provided by Cloudflare R2 to host your images. While this infrastructure is among the most reliable in the world, Manthan Infotech acts solely as an intermediary interface.

Disclaimer of Liability: Manthan Infotech shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, leakage, or accidental deletion arising from failures in the third-party cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare), cyber-attacks, or force majeure events. While we take every precaution (backups/encryption), you acknowledge that no digital storage is 100% infallible. We strictly recommend users maintain their own offline backups of original photos. No refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by third-party provider outages.

4. User Content & Copyright

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you warrant that you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder. You grant Manthan Infotech a license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We strictly prohibit pornographic, hateful, or illegal content. Such content will be deleted immediately, and the user reported to authorities.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed via Razorpay. In specific cases, we may accept direct UPI transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
