Manthan Infotech ("We", "Us", or "Our") operates ScanMyAlbum.com as a strictly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not manufacture, store, or ship physical goods such as printed albums, USB drives, or hard copies. All services are delivered electronically via our secure dashboard.

Services delivered to a specific registered email ID are non-transferable. You cannot transfer active plans, album slots, or validity periods to another user account. Merging two separate accounts is technically prohibited under our fulfillment policy.

5. Delivery Disputes

If money is deducted but the service is not activated within 24 hours, it is treated as a "Failed Delivery." In such cases, please contact us immediately. If the issue is a bank server failure, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 days. If the funds reached Manthan Infotech, we will manually activate your service.
